Easy to use:

The GMR 100 has been developped as a completely new device.
Greatest attention has been turned to a practical handling
(e.g. by the impact-resistant housing and the front-sided IP65 protection)

By the integrated measuring needles numerous measurements can be executed also without any further accessories within short time.

The measuring values can be indicated in % material moisture u or % water content w.
Especially the measurements of combustibles (water content w) have been radically simplified.

The division into 4 wood categories has been well-proven for many applications and offers an accuracy, which is sufficient for most of the applications.
Should a higher measuring accuracy be necessary, we are recommending the measuring device GMH 3810.

As an assistance for the judgment of moisture damages the adjustment P (plaster, gypsum) has been integrated.
A rough estimation of the moisture is directly possible without any means of a conversion table.

Rating of moisture:

In addition to the indication of the measuring value the moisture is also rated in 6 steps, informing the user about the state of the material.
It is not any more necessary to make your decision for "wet or dry" by hard work, using literature or tables.

Extremely wide measuring range:

0.0 to 100.0% material moisture in wood, depending on the wood category
0.1 to 4.4% in plaster

Current consumption:

Due to the low current consumption (approx. 1.8mA) the device can be used for long periods.

Stability check by AUTO-HOLD:

Especially at the measurement of dry wook among others electrostatical chargings can make the measuring value fluctuate.
If the auto-hold function has been activated, the device calculates a precise measuring value completely automatically.
As soon as the device has calculated a stabile measuring value, the indication changes to "HLD": The measuring value is frozen.
You are able to activate a new measurement by pressing a key.
