EASYBUS monitoring system from the distance - Greisinger electronic -
EASYLOG
- Remote pickup system
for EASYLOG-
signal logger
By means of the software GSOFT 40K and additional components it is possible,
besides of serving data loggers on site to configurate and read out signal
loggers which are far away from the operation place
and which are solely connected via MODEM with the telephone net.
There is no extra computer necessary!Simple construction:
Work place:
GSOFT 40K
with analog standardized modem
remote pickup
site:
with industrial modem MODEM
2600 and EASYBUS interface converter (e.g. EBW 1)
When executing the order "connect logger" a local
serial interface or a telephone connection is being opened, according to your
configuration.
Reading out the logger lasts hardly longer than usual, the compete
logger-handling is also given via telephone connection. As work place modems customary analog modems are
being assisted, which can also be connected with an ISDN connection via terminal
adapter. The industrial modem of the remote pickup site
is an industrial modem (MODEM 2500, MODEM 3500 GSM) specially
designed for EASYBUS.
Expanded setup with alarm via
SMS:
As a special service it is possible to send an
SMS in case of alarm, e.g. when using a EB2000MC/EB3000 together with a level
converter (EBW 1, EBW 64, EBW 240).
You will automatically receive a message on your handy, e.g. when temperature
rises above a certain level.
Work place:
GSOFT 40K
with analog standardized modem
remote pickup
site:with industrial modem MODEM
2600 with alarm function and EB 2000 MC (resp. EBUW 232A + EBW...)
One resp. the alarm outputs of components used
are being connected with the alarm input of the MODEM. In case of alarm a
prepared message is being sent as SMS then.
In order to examine the cause of the alarm more detailed, the measuring and
loggered values can be read out by means of the softwrae GSOFT 40K.
Remote pickup via D1 or D2
Mobile net:
In case there is no local telephone connection on
site or for a mobile setup, remote pickup is also possible via the wireless
MODEM 3500 GSM, supporting the D1 and D2 net
This modem works as a mobile telephone with integrated MODEM. Common SIM-cards
are being used. The only necessity is a permission for data transmission by the
net provider
Your advantages:
With the EASYBUS remote pickup system
a variable quantity of remote pickup sites can be controlled from one or more
working sites.
Expensive journeys over hundreds of kilometers can be avoided, you can control
all measuring values from your office.
The installation and set up requires minimum
effort.GSOFT40K handling is as easy as you are being used. The comfortable
configuration software MODKonfig included in GSOFT40K supports you in installing
your industrial modem - even without any knowledege of signal remote
transmission you are ableto start a reliable system within minutes.

EBUW 232A
EBUW 232A:
Alarm monitor module and report converter for EASYBUS
The EBUW232A monitors up to 240 EASYBUS-modules
and checks them up referring to alarm given. In case of an alarm the alarm
output of the EBUW is set. In addition a switching module EBB4out can be
reached (Max-, Min- and system alarm are possible).
Furthermore the EBUW232A acts as a report converter, reconstructing
splitted RS232-enquiries (e.g. by a modem-connectionand makes them
understandable for EASYBUS-converter and final devices)
The EBUW232A is simply plugged between the EASYBUS-Pegelwandler
and the demanding device (MODEM / PC) by the adapter cable included.
Power supply: 6-12 V DC, max. 10 mA (via adapter cable)
Switching output: NPN-open collector, max. switching performance:
